TSA Pre✓ FAQs.

When you have added your TSA Pre✓ credentials correctly to your new or existing reservation you will see the TSA Pre✓ logo on your boarding pass. We admit: it can be a pretty exciting time.

Here may be some of your questions

Why is my TSA Precheck not showing up on my boarding pass?

The most common reason is that you have entered incorrect information. Check to make sure the name, date of birth and Known Traveler Number have been entered correctly and verify whether or not the enrollment has expired.

If I am eligible for TSA PreCheck, can my travel companions also use the program?

Only customers under the age of 12 accompanied by eligible TSA Pre✓ travelers will be allowed access to TSA Pre✓. No other travel companions will be eligible unless they have their own TSA Pre✓ number.

I am a member of the U.S. Armed Forces. Am I eligible for expedited screening?

Yes. All members of the U.S. Armed Forces can receive expedited screening for official or leisure travel if they enter their DOD in the Known Traveler Number (KTN) field at the time of booking.
